We can’t wait to party with you at Wild Dunes Resort at Isle of Palms
With it being a holiday weekend, rooms are booking up fast. This is IOP’s most popular weekend OF THE WHOLE YEAR. So please, please, book soon. They have generous cancellation policies if something comes up :) It’s a Hyatt resort so you can use/gain points!
We plan to stay the following week to party! We hope you will stay as well as long as you can. There are many booking options and with our room block, you get 20% off regular reservations

Travel
It is a really smooth 8.5 hour drive if anyone wants to carpool and have their car there for the week!
If flying, Fly into CHS (Charleston). There is a direct Allegiant flight for $65 arriving around 2:30pm Saturday. Other flights are currently starting at $286. Flying from LEX appears cheaper than flying from SDF or CVG. Flying in on Friday also appears more affordable than flying in on Saturday, and would help avoid airline drama and delays :) . We would hate it if you couldn’t make an event because of silly flight issues!
*Remember: Any homes rented can’t be checked into until Saturday since they require Sat-Sat reservations in peak season.* We do have hotel rooms available in our room block for Friday night arrivals. We plan to get in July 3rd!
Sweetgrass Inn
Sweetgrass Inn is the newer hotel of the resort. The rooftop above is where the reception will be held.

Boardwalk Inn
The Boardwalk Inn is the original hotel of Wild Dunes Resort. It is in the center of the restort! Boardwalk Inn Guestroom with our discount: $355 per night pretax ($412 with Resort fee 16% inclusive)

Residences At Sweetgrass (1,2,3 bedroom suites)
If you dont want to rent a whole house on the beach, this is a great option since there are 1, 2, or 3 bedroom suites and penthouses! The prices of the Residences at Sweetgrass vary greatly based on your decision. So you must email to book with our 20% off rate. Prevailing length of stay is required for all of these accommodations.

Homes or Condos at Wild Dunes Resort
Wild Dunes covers a wide area. Look at the map link to see which homes and condos are close to the resort core, if you’re interested in walking to the ceremony and reception. There are also shuttles within the resort. Many homes further from the resort core do have private pools though! Homes sleep 4 to 12 people (or more!). We have Boardwalk homes 134 and 133 reserved. If you’re interested in staying there - let me know! (Shown with a sun emoji in the photo of the resort map on our website)
Booking the homes on Wild Dunes site allows for 20% off. Third party booking sites (Air BnB, VRBO, etc) do not give the discount and we have found are overall more expensive. Homes vary greatly in price. So guests can only book them with the discount by emailing weddingrooms@wilddunes.com. Please look at home options online then email with your choice!
The closest condos to the Wild Dunes Resort Center are: Seagrove Condos, Lagoon Villas, Racquet Club Villas.
The central homes are: Boardwalk Homes & Grand Pavilion Homes.

Boardwalk Inn Homes 133 & 134
For most affordable option to stay on site, and for the most fun, we have reserved Boardwalk Homes 133 and 134 to be the party houses! Yay! The link below shows Boardwalk Home 134.
The homes are shown here. These houses are directly on the sand, on the boardwalk, by the pools, and are *directly* touching the ceremony location (North Croquet Lawn). Each house has balconies to watch the sunset. Each house has 4 bedrooms as follows: 1 King, 1 King, and 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds in each (6 beds total across 4 rooms in each house). Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We are planning for there to be 8 people minimum in each house (2ppl in each King, 1 person in each Queen). But could do more if anyone wants to share a queen bed.
For these homes, the resort requires an Sat-Sat reservation. So we have it Sat July 6-13th. But, you’re welcome to leave at anytime or stay as long as you want! We will be there for the week. But even just staying 3 nights in the house makes it more affordable than a hotel room (considering the hotel has a 3 night min stay).
We planned it so that we can get the wedding done first, then relax and party the rest of the week! We reserved the houses hoping you’d join us for a few days at least! But no pressure at all.

If you’d like to stay in the party houses - text Maria! They are first come first serve basis. You’ll have the choice for your roommate or if you want a single room as a couple.
Other similar houses are available if you’d like to start your own group reservation as well! Some further away homes still in the Wild Dunes area have private pools. But they are going FAST because of the holiday weekend (they always sell out).
Hotels book with discount code online - but houses require an email to the reservations dept to reserve with our discount (make sure to not use the cooperate line, and don’t use a 3rd party booking site). Text Maria if you have questions!
